Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing capsules comprising a water-containing core material and a water-vapour-impermeable polymerised casing, wherein the capsules have a high water vapour impermeability, and relates to water-(vapour)-impermeable capsules or capsules that can be obtained by the method. The method comprises co-extruding the core material and a composition that contains a UV-polymerisable precursor material of the casing and a radical starter in such a way that the UV-polymerisable precursor material surrounds droplets of the water-containing core material, in order to obtain a co-extruded material, and subsequently passing the co-extruded material through a curing zone for a short time, wherein a polymerisation and crosslinking of the precursor material of the casing is brought about by actinic radiation, wherein the UV-polymerisable precursor material is at least one compound with two diacrylate groups and/or dimethacrylate groups respectively at the ends, which are connected by a short, rigid group, and wherein the core material contains a means for achieving interfacial compatibility between the core material and the casing.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé servant à fabriquer des capsules avec un matériau central contenant de l'eau et une enveloppe polymérisée ne laissant pas passer la vapeur d'eau. Les capsules présentent une imperméabilité à la vapeur d'eau élevée. L'invention concerne également des capsules ne laissant pas passer l'eau (la vapeur d'eau) ou des capsules pouvant être obtenues selon le procédé. Le procédé comprend la co-extrusion du matériau central et d'une composition qui contient un matériau précurseur polymérisable sous l'action d'UV de l'enveloppe et un amorceur radicalaire de telle manière que le matériau précurseur polymérisable sous l'action d'UV entoure des gouttelettes du matériau central contenant de l'eau pour obtenir un matériau co-extrudé, et immédiatement après le guidage du matériau co-extrudé à travers une zone de durcissement pour un bref instant, dans lequel une polymérisation et une radicalisation du matériau précurseur de l'enveloppe sont provoquées par un rayonnement actinique. Le matériau précurseur polymérisable sous l'action d'UV est au moins un composé comprenant deux groupes diacrylate respectivement autonomes et/ou des groupes de diméthacrylate qui sont reliés par un groupe court rigide. Le matériau central contient un moyen servant à obtenir une compatibilité d'interfaces entre le matériau central et l'enveloppe.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kapseln mit einem Wasser enthaltenden Kernmaterial und einer wasserdampfundurchlassigen polymerisierten Hülle, wobei die Kapseln eine hohe Wasserdampfundurchlässigkeit aufweisen, sowie wasser(dampf)undurchlässige Kapseln bzw. nach dem Verfahren erhältliche Kapseln. Das Verfahren umfasst das Co-extrudieren des Kernmaterials und einer Zusammensetzung, welche ein UV-polymerisierbares Vorläufermaterial der Hülle und einen Radikalstarter enthält, derart, dass das UV-polymerisierbare Vorläufermaterial Tröpfchen des Wasser enthaltenden Kernmaterials umgibt, um ein co-extrudiertes Material zu erhalten, und anschließend Führen des co-extrudierten Materials durch eine Härtungszone für eine kurze Zeit, worin eine Polymerisation und Vernetzung des Vorläufermaterials der Hülle durch aktinische Strahlung bewirkt wird, wobei das UV-polymerisierbare Vorläufermaterial mindestens eine Verbindung mit zwei jeweils endständigen Diacrylatgruppen und/oder Dimethacrylatgruppen ist, die durch eine kurze, starre Gruppe verbunden sind, und wobei das Kernmaterial ein Mittel zur Erzielung einer Grenzflächenkompatibilität zwischen dem Kernmaterial und der Hülle enthält.
