Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a pump assembly (1) for pumping viscous media, comprising a diaphragm pump (7) comprising a pump chamber (8a, b), a working chamber (10a, b) which can be fluidically connected to a source (115) of a pressurized working medium, and a diaphragm (20a, b) which separates the working chamber (10a, b) from the pump chamber (8a, b). According to the invention, a control valve assembly (21) is mounted between the working medium source (115) and the working chamber (10a, b), and the diaphragm (20a, b) can be moved back and forth between the working chamber (10a, b) and the pump chamber (8a, b) by actuating the control valve assembly (21). The pump assembly (1) has an electronic control element (23) which is connected to the control valve assembly (21) in order to conduct a signal and which is designed to control the compressed air quantity in the working chamber (10a, b) by actuating the control valve assembly (21) depending on the flow rate of the medium exiting the pump chamber (8a, b).
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble de pompage (1) permettant de refouler des milieux visqueux, comprenant une pompe à diaphragme (7) dotée d'une chambre de refoulement (8a,b), d'une chambre de travail (10a,b) pouvant être reliée de manière fluidique à une source (115) de fluide de travail mis en pression, et d'un diaphragme (20a,b) séparant la chambre de travail (10a,b) de la chambre de refoulement (8a,b). (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pumpenanordnung (1) zum Fördern viskoser Medien, mit einer Membranpumpe (7) mit einer Förderkammer (8a,b), einer mit einer Quelle (115) eines druckbeaufschlagten Arbeitsmediums fluidleitend verbindbaren Arbeitskammer (10a,b), und einer die Arbeitskammer (10a,b) von der Förderkammer (8a,b) trennenden Membran (20a,b). Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass zwischen der Arbeitsmedienquelle (115) und der Arbeitskammer (10a,b) eine Regelventilanordnung (21) montiert ist, und die Membran (20a,b) mittels Ansteuerung der Regelventilanordnung (21) zwischen der Arbeitskammer (10a,b) und der Förderkammer (8a,b) hin-und herbewegbar ist, wobei die Pumpenanordnung (1) ein signalleitend mit der Regelventilanordnung (21) verbundenes elektronisches Reglerglied (23) aufweist, das dazu eingerichtet ist, die Druckluftmenge in der Arbeitskammer (10a,b) mittels Ansteuerung der Regelventilanordnung (21) in Abhängigkeit der Durchflussmenge des aus der Förderkammer (8a,b) austretenden Mediums zu regeln.
