Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a support bearing (1), in particular a main bearing for a wind turbine, comprising two parts, i.e. a shaft (2) and a housing (3), which are supported on each other by means of at least two rolling element bearings (4, 5) that are in a back-to-back arrangement. In the axial direction between the two rolling element bearings (4, 5), the shaft (2) is subdivided into a first shaft segment (6) and a second shaft segment (8). One shaft segment (6, 8) is made of forged steel. The shaft segments (6, 8) are connected by a connecting element (30, 31, 40, 41). The connecting element (30, 31, 40, 41) is designed to clamp the support bearing (1). According to a second aspect, the invention relates to a wind turbine comprising a support bearing (1) of said type. The invention allows for more accurate compliance with tolerance requirements for clamping the support bearing (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un palier d'appui (1), en particulier un palier principal pour une éolienne comprenant deux éléments montés l'un sur l'autre, à savoir un arbre (2) et un carter (3), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux paliers à roulement (4, 5). Le palier d'appui (1) présente un agencement en O des paliers à roulement (4, 5). L'arbre (2) présente dans la direction axiale, entre les deux paliers à roulement (4, 5), une division en un premier (6) et en un deuxième segment d'arbre (8), un segment d'arbre (6, 8) est constitué d'acier forgé, les segments d'arbre (6, 8) sont reliés au moyen d'un élément de liaison (30, 31, 40, 41) et l'élément de liaison (30, 31, 40, 41) est conçu pour serrer le palier d'appui (1). Selon un second aspect, l'invention concerne une éolienne comprenant ledit palier d'appui (1). L'invention permet un respect plus précis des tolérances lors du serrage du palier d'appui (1).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stützlagerung (1), insbesondere eine Hauptlagerung für eine Windenergieanlage mit zwei über zumindest zwei Wälzlager (4, 5) aneinander gelagerten Bauteilen, nämlich eine Welle (2) und ein Gehäuse (3), wobei die Stützlagerung (1) eine O-Anordnung der Wälzlager (4, 5) aufweist. Die Welle (2) weist in axialer Richtung zwischen den zwei Wälzlagern (4, 5) eine Teilung in ein erstes Wellensegment (6) und ein zweites Wellensegment (8) auf. Ein Wellensegment (6, 8) ist aus geschmiedetem Stahl gefertigt. Die Wellensegmente (6, 8) sind mit einem Verbindungselement (30, 31, 40, 41) verbunden. Das Verbindungselement (30, 31, 40, 41) ist zum Verspannen der Stützlagerung (1) eingerichtet. Nach einem zweiten Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung eine Windenergieanlage mit einer solchen Stützlagerung (1). Die Erfindung ermöglicht die exaktere Einhaltung der Toleranzen bei der Verspannung der Stützlagerung (1).
