Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for the measurement-based acquisition of forestry data and vitality parameters on living trees using a base body comprising a drive connected to drive means for moving the base body, which is designed to surround the tree in question, upward and downward on the tree trunk. According to the invention, the base body comprises a sensor unit connected to a memory for saving the sensor unit-acquired data of the tree in question together with geographical location data, and additionally to a computing unit for the signal processing of the sensor data and for the control of data acquisition in accordance with a retrievable data-acquisition and measurement-program sequence, wherein it is possible via an interface to access online or offline the data acquired and stored in the field.
