Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a method for mobility measurement, and a method for CSI-RS resource configuration, and a device, being able to reduce the burden at a UE end, and to improve the service quality of UE communication. The method of the embodiments of the present invention comprises: a first base station generating a CSI-RS sequence, the CSI-RS sequence being a sequence generated on the basis of the identification information of a UE, and then, the base station sending the CSI-RS sequence to the UE, for the UE to perform mobility measurement. In the embodiments of the present application, the CSI-RS to which mobility measurement will be performed is generated on the basis of the identification information of the UE, such that when the UE uses the CSI-RS to perform mobility measurement, the UE does not need to interact with the base station, which has generated the CSI-RS, so as to acquire a cell identifier, and is able to correctly receive the CSI-RS sent by the base station according to its own identification information, thereby reducing the signaling overhead at the UE end, reducing the burden at the UE end, and improving the communication quality of the UE.
