Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an insurance claim settlement interaction method, comprising: receiving a consultation request sent by a client terminal, the consultation request carrying a claim settlement problem; generating a consulting task according to the claim settlement problem, and send the consulting task to a corresponding customer service terminal; establishing a connection between the client terminal and the customer service terminal, so that the client terminal receives a problem reply returned by the customer service terminal and sends the claim settlement information to the customer service terminal according to the problem reply, and that the customer service terminal reviews the claim settlement information; receiving a request for claim settlement submitted by the client terminal, the claim settlement request carrying the claim settlement information that has been reviewed by the customer service terminal; and performing the claim settlement operation on the basis of the reviewed claims settlement information.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'interaction de règlement de réclamation d'assurance consistant à : recevoir une demande de consultation envoyée par un terminal client, la demande de consultation comportant un problème de règlement de réclamation ; générer une tâche de consultation en fonction du problème de règlement de réclamation, puis envoyer la tâche de consultation à un terminal de service client correspondant ; établir une connexion entre le terminal client et le terminal du service client afin que le terminal client reçoive une réponse au problème renvoyée par le terminal du service client et envoie les informations de règlement de réclamation au terminal du service client en fonction de la réponse au problème, et que le terminal du service client examine les informations de règlement de réclamation ; recevoir une demande de règlement de réclamation soumise par le terminal client, la demande de règlement de réclamation comportant les informations de règlement de réclamation qui ont été examinées par le terminal du service client ; et effectuer l'opération de règlement de réclamation d’après les informations de règlement de réclamation examinées.
