Abstract:
(EN) A composite reverse osmosis membrane, and manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: mixing a concentration of fluorine-containing polyaryletherketone uniformly with silane-modified polyaryletherketone to form a membrane casting solution, coating the same on a non-woven fabric substrate to form a support layer, then coating a solution A and a solution B sequentially on a surface of the support layer, reacting to form a polyamide desalinizing layer, and coating an anti-fouling modified poly(vinyl alcohol) layer on the polyamide desalinizing layer, thus obtaining the final composite reverse osmosis membrane. The present invention employs composite modified polyaryletherketone as the support layer to obtain a composite reverse osmosis membrane having high-temperature resistance and superior strength. In addition, poly(vinyl alcohol) is employed as an ingredient to provide a superior anti-fouling property.
(FR) L'invention concerne une membrane composite d'osmose inverse et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé comprend : le mélange d'une concentration de polyaryléthercétone contenant du fluor uniformément avec une polyaryléthercétone modifiée par silane pour former une solution de coulage de membrane, le revêtement de celui-ci sur un substrat de tissu non tissé pour former une couche de support, puis au revêtement d'une solution A et d'une solution B séquentiellement sur une surface de la couche de support, faisant réagir pour former une couche de dessalement au polyamide, et le revêtement d'une couche de poly (alcool de vinyle) modifiée antisalissure sur la couche de dessalement de polyamide, obtenant ainsi la membrane d'osmose inverse composite finale. La présente invention utilise une polyaryléthercétone modifiée composite en tant que couche de support pour obtenir une membrane d'osmose inverse composite ayant une résistance à haute température et une résistance supérieure. De plus, le poly (alcool de vinyle) est utilisé en tant qu'ingrédient pour fournir une propriété antisalissure supérieure.
(ZH) 一种复合反渗透膜及其制备方法。该方法为:将一定浓度的含氟聚芳醚酮和含有硅烷改性的聚芳醚酮混合均匀后作为铸膜液,涂覆在无纺布基材上面形成支撑层,然后在支撑层表面先后涂覆上溶液A和溶液B,经过反应形成聚酰胺脱盐层,聚酰胺脱盐层再涂覆上改性聚乙烯醇抗污染层,即制成该复合反渗透膜。以复合改性聚芳醚酮为支撑层,可以获得耐高温、高强度的复合反渗透膜,同时采用聚乙烯醇作为抗污染层成分,具有良好的抗污染性。
