Abstract:
Provided is an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, a liquid crystal display panel and a display device, comprising: a base substrate (101), a data line (102) disposed on the base substrate (101), and a pixel electrode layer (1031) which is disposed on a layer on which the data line (102) is located and comprises a plurality of pixel electrodes (1031), wherein, the orthographic projection of the data line (102) on the base substrate (101) covers the orthographic projection of the gap between the adjacent two columns of pixel electrodes (1031) on the base substrate (101), and the width (a) of the data line (102) is greater than the width (b) of the gap between the adjacent two columns of pixel electrodes (1031). The orthographic projection of the data line (102) on the base substrate (101) covers the orthographic projection of the gap between the adjacent two columns of pixel electrodes (1031) on the base substrate (101), and the width (a) of the data line (102) is greater than the width (b) of the gap between the adjacent two columns of pixel electrodes (1031), thus, a longitudinal electric field line is formed between the data line (102) and the pixel electrode (1031) in a direction from the array substrate to the opposite substrate, thereby preventing light leakage in the direction of the data line (102) by controlling the twist of the liquid crystal. At the same time, a black matrix (501) is avoided to use to prevent light leakage, and the aperture ratio is effectively improved.
