Abstract:
A knotting medical suture and a knotting method therefor, comprising: a flexible anchor (101) and a load suture (102); the flexible anchor (101) is a columnar flexible material, and the load suture (102) wraps around the flexible anchor (101) in a semi-enclosing spiral. The knotting method for the knotting medical suture comprises: after the flexible anchor (101) is restrained, a thread end I (201) and a thread end II (202) of the load suture (102) are simultaneously pulled, and the flexible anchor (101) is transformed into a spiral knot; the effective area of the spiral knot is 2-4 times the maximum circumscribed circle area of a cross section of the flexible anchor (101). The knotting medical suture is a flexible anchor having a thread; when the columnar body is implanted, the same becomes a spiral knot to be fixed within a bone after implantation to become a fixation point and be used by a surgeon to repair damaged soft tissue of a human body. Compared with the existing technology, the present invention has a larger diameter and a more stable structure after knotting, and may provide a larger and more stable fixation force.
