Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the field of organic light emitting diode displays, and particularly relates to an organic light emitting diode assembly (202), manufacturing method thereof, and display panel (302). The organic light emitting diode assembly (202) comprises: an anode layer (105), a hole transport layer (104), a light emitting layer (103), an electron transport layer (102), and a cathode layer (101) sequentially arranged, wherein the anode layer (105) is a high work function metal layer, and the electron transport layer (102) comprises a quantum dot material. In this way, electrode stability is improved, thus increasing a service life of an OLED device, and enhancing the color gamut of an OLED display.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine des dispositifs d'affichage à diodes électroluminescentes organiques, et concerne en particulier un ensemble diode électroluminescente organique (202), son procédé de fabrication et un panneau d'affichage (302). L'ensemble diode électroluminescente organique (202) comprend : une couche d'anode (105), une couche de transport de trous (104), une couche électroluminescente (103), une couche de transport d'électrons (102), et une couche de cathode (101) disposées de manière séquentielle, la couche d'anode (105) étant une couche métallique à fonction de travail élevée, et la couche de transport d'électrons (102) comprenant un matériau à points quantiques. De cette manière, la stabilité d'électrode est améliorée, ce qui permet d'augmenter la durée de vie d'un dispositif OLED, et d'améliorer la gamme de couleurs d'un affichage OLED.
(ZH) 一种有机发光二极管组件(202)及其制备方法、显示面板(302),涉及有机发光二极管显示领域。所述有机发光二极管组件(202)包括:依序设置的阳极层(105)、空穴传输层(104)、发光层(103)、电子传输层(102)和阴极层(101),其中,阳极层(105)为高功率函数的金属层;电子传输层(102)包括量子点材料。通过上述方式能够提高电极的稳定性,进而延长OLED器件的使用寿命,提高OLED显示器的色域。
