Abstract:
(EN) A rotating structure for a laser radar. The structure comprises a stator (4), a motor winding (2), a rotor pressing cover (6), a rotor (1), and a bearing (3). The stator (4) drives the rotor (1) to rotate after being energized, thereby driving a laser radar assembly mounted at an upper portion of the rotor (1) to rotate. The rotating structure for a laser radar employs a design based on a hollow shaft having a large diameter, and portions of the stator (4) and the rotor (1) form the hollow shaft, thus leaving enough space in the middle to accommodate a signal transmission structure and an electrical energy transmission structure. In this way, the present invention ensures stability of the rotating shaft, improves shock resistance of the rotating structure, and prevents mutual interference of signal transmission systems.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure tournante destinée à un radar laser. La structure comprend un stator (4), un enroulement de moteur (2), un couvercle de compression de rotor (6), un rotor (1) et un palier (3). Le stator (4) amène le rotor (1) à tourner après avoir été excité, entraînant ainsi un ensemble radar laser monté au niveau d'une partie supérieure du rotor (1) à tourner. La structure tournante pour un radar laser utilise une conception fondée sur un arbre creux ayant un grand diamètre, et des parties du stator (4) et du rotor (1) forment l'arbre creux, laissant ainsi suffisamment d'espace au milieu pour recevoir une structure de transmission de signaux et une structure de transmission d'énergie électrique. Ainsi, la présente invention garantit la stabilité de l'arbre tournant, améliore la résistance aux chocs de la structure tournante et empêche l'interférence mutuelle de systèmes de transmission de signaux.
(ZH) 一种激光雷达的旋转结构,其包括定子(4),电机线圈(2),转子压盖(6),转子(1),以及轴承(3),其中,定子(4)通入电能后,驱动转子(1)转动,从而带动安装于转子(1)上部的激光雷达组件转动。该激光雷达的旋转结构采用大直径的空心轴系的设计,将定子(4)与转子(1)部分做成了轴系,中间留有足够的空间,用于安置信号传输结构和电能传输结构,从而,不仅能够确保旋转轴的平稳性,提高旋转结构的抗冲击性能,同时还可避免信号传输系统的相互干扰。
