Abstract:
An organic light-emitting display apparatus, wherein an organic light-emitting device (200) comprises an anode layer (201), a cathode layer (202), and an organic light-emitting medium layer (210) arranged between the anode layer (201) and the cathode layer (202); the organic light-emitting medium layer (210) comprises a hole injection layer (203), a hole transport layer (204), a first mixing layer (205), a light-emitting layer (206), an electron transport layer (207), and an electron injection layer (208) that are arranged sequentially; the first mixing layer (205) comprises a bipolar main body material which is capable of simultaneously transporting a hole and an electron and which is doped with at least one of a material capable of blocking electrons and a material capable of controlling holes. With the present invention, injection barriers for hole carriers and electron carriers in the organic light-emitting device (200) may be reduced, the injection rate of carriers and positions of carrier recombination regions may be controlled, carrier recombination efficiency may be increased, and thus the organic light-emitting device (200) having high efficiency and a long service life may be obtained.
