Abstract:
(EN) A part of the embodiments of the present application discloses a fingerprint module and mobile terminal. The fingerprint module comprises a fingerprint identification chip, a flexible circuit board, and a pressure detection unit, wherein the pressure detection unit comprises a rigid substrate and a pressure detection circuit formed on the rigid substrate; the fingerprint identification chip and the pressure detection unit are respectively provided on two opposing surfaces of the flexible circuit board, and are respectively and electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. In an embodiment of the present application, the pressure detection circuit is directly formed on the rigid substrate, and the rigid substrate provided with the pressure detection circuit is used to replace a reinforced steel plate and flexible circuit board used to form a pressure sensor in the prior art; the manner of design can be used to guarantee the implementation of the pressure detection function and is advantageous in reducing the overall thickness of the fingerprint module, thus reducing the influence of the fingerprint module on the thickness of the whole device.
(FR) Selon une partie des modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un module d'empreinte digitale et un terminal mobile. Le module d'empreinte digitale comprend une puce d'identification d'empreinte digitale, une carte de circuit imprimé souple et une unité de détection de pression, l'unité de détection de pression comprenant un substrat rigide et un circuit de détection de pression formé sur le substrat rigide; la puce d'identification d'empreinte digitale et l'unité de détection de pression étant respectivement disposées sur deux surfaces opposées de la carte de circuit imprimé souple, et étant respectivement reliées électriquement à la carte de circuit imprimé souple. Dans un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le circuit de détection de pression est directement formé sur le substrat rigide, et le substrat rigide pourvu du circuit de détection de pression est utilisé pour remplacer une plaque d'acier renforcée et une carte de circuit imprimé souple utilisée pour former un capteur de pression dans l'état de la technique; le mode de conception peut être utilisé pour garantir la mise en œuvre de la fonction de détection de pression et est avantageux pour réduire l'épaisseur globale du module d'empreinte digitale, réduisant ainsi l'influence du module d'empreinte digitale sur l'épaisseur de l'ensemble du dispositif.
(ZH) 本申请部分实施例提供了一种指纹模组及移动终端。指纹模组包括指纹识别芯片、软性电路板和压力检测单元,其中压力检测单元包括硬质基板和形成在硬质基板的压力检测线路;指纹识别芯片与压力检测单元分别设置在软性电路板相对的两个表面,并且分别与软性电路板电性连接。本申请的实施例,直接将压力检测线路形成于硬质基板上,并用该设有压力检测线路的硬质基板代替现有技术中的补强钢片及制作压力传感器的的软性电路板,这种设计方式既能保证压力检测功能的实现,又有利于减少指纹模组的整体厚度,降低指纹模组对整机厚度的影响。
