(EN) Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for handling a physical control channel structure. One method (1200) includes receiving (1202) a downlink data transmission. The method (1200) includes determining (1204) whether feedback is to be transmitted on a short control channel or a long control channel in response to receiving the downlink data transmission. The method (1200) includes transmitting (1206) the feedback on symbols near an end of the short control channel in response to the feedback being determined to be transmitted on the short control channel. The method (1200) includes transmitting (1208) the feedback on symbols near a beginning of the long control channel in response to the feedback being determined to be transmitted on the long control channel.
