Title: VOLTAGE CONVERSION APPARATUS AND FINGERPRINT DETECTION SYSTEM
Abstract:
A voltage conversion apparatus and a fingerprint detection system. The apparatus comprises three input terminals, to capacitors, and two outputs terminals, the two output terminals respectively being positioned at two ends of one of the capacitors; at a first time, the apparatus is in a charging state, and the two capacitors are charged; at a second time after the first time, the apparatus is in a first discharge state, and the two capacitors and the input terminals have a power supply series connection; and at a third time after the first time, the apparatus is in a second discharge state, and the capacitors are connected in series and one end thereof is grounded. The present voltage conversion apparatus uses a small amount of capacitance to implement power supply voltage floating, can be well integrated into a circuit or packaged into a chip, and can be used for boosting the supply voltage for a fingerprint chip, reducing the dependence on peripheral devices whilst enhancing the performance of the entire fingerprint chip, and increasing the reliability of the entire system.
