Abstract:
A motor rotor winding apparatus, comprising a frame (1) and a winding component (2) arranged on the frame (1), one side of the winding component (2) being provided with a wire feeding component used for conveying enamelled wire to the winding component (2), the frame (1) also being provided with a detection component used for detecting enamelled wire surface damage, the detection component comprising a conductive positioning clip clamped to an end portion of the enamelled wire, the detection component also comprising a conductive ring (4) used for allowing the enamelled wire to pass through, the conductive ring (4) being connected to the frame (1) via a plastic bracket, the inner diameter of the conductive ring (4) being greater than the diameter of the enamelled wire, an inner ring of the conductive ring (4) being provided with a conductive brush (5), the conductive brush (5) and the conductive positioning clip being connected to a direct current power supply and an alarm. The motor rotor winding apparatus prevents damaged enamelled wire from entering the winding component (2), thereby avoiding motor failure and improving product yield.
