A wind power-based self-generating street lamp, comprising a wind power generation assembly, a lighting assembly, a PLC (6), an emergency assembly, and a support assembly. The wind power generation assembly is located within and at an upper end of the support assembly. The lighting assembly is located at one end of the support assembly. The PLC (6) is located within the support assembly. The emergency assembly is located on an outer wall of the support assembly. The support assembly is fixed to the ground. The street lamp can self-generate power and does not need a cable or connection to a power grid, thus lowering installation difficulties, and providing applicability for installation in difficult terrain, such as mountains or forests. The street lamp employs an annular wind power generation blade (1) to be a power source of wind power generation, thus having a higher utilization rate of wind energy compared with conventional blades, enabling activation and power generation with a light wind, and lowering wind field requirements for a power generating apparatus.
