Abstract:
Provided are a glass powder used for fabricating a photovoltaic cell electrode, a paste composition comprising same, a photovoltaic cell electrode, and a photovoltaic cell. The glass powder contains 20-50 wt% of PbO, 31-70 wt% of TeO2, 0.1-7 wt% of Group IA metal oxide, and 0.1-7 wt% of Group IIA metal oxide and other oxides; the mass ratio of the Group IA metal oxide to the Group IIA metal oxide is 0.1-7:1; the total added amount of Group IA metal oxide, Group IIA metal oxide, and said other oxides in said glass powder is 1-25 wt%. A solar cell electrode and ribbon fabricated using the paste composition of the present invention have excellent bonding strength and minimize series resistance (Rs), thus providing a high conversion efficiency.
