Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an identification method and device for an emergency vehicle, the method comprising: acquiring a sound signal and a video image of an environment in which the emergency vehicle is located; analyzing the sound signal to obtain an audio coding and analyzing the video image to obtain a visual coding; and determining a type and a state of the emergency vehicle according to the audio coding and the visual coding. By using the audio coding, the visual coding or a combination thereof, the method can be used to search for and match the type and the active state of an emergency vehicle to be identified in accordance with a standard correspondence between the types and the states of emergency vehicles specified in an existing standard and warning siren audio frequencies, tone-changing periods, warning light colors and warning light flashing modes, thus realizing accurate identification of emergency vehicles in various scenarios.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d’identification pour un véhicule d’urgence, le procédé consistant : à acquérir un signal sonore et une image vidéo d’un environnement dans lequel est situé le véhicule d’urgence ; à analyser le signal sonore pour obtenir un codage audio et à analyser l’image vidéo pour obtenir un codage visuel ; et à déterminer un type et un état du véhicule d’urgence en fonction du codage audio et du codage visuel. En utilisant le codage audio, le codage visuel ou une de leurs combinaisons, le procédé peut être utilisé pour rechercher et apparier le type et l’état actif d’un véhicule d’urgence à identifier en fonction d’une correspondance normalisée entre les types et les états des véhicules d’urgence spécifiés dans une norme existante et des fréquences audio de sirènes d’avertissement, périodes de changement de note, couleurs de gyrophares et modes de clignotement des gyrophares, réalisant ainsi une identification précise de véhicules d’urgence dans divers scénarios.
(ZH) 一种应急车辆的识别方法及装置,该方法包括:获取应急车辆所处环境的声音信号和视频图像;将所述声音信号进行分析处理得到听觉编码,并将所述视频图像进行分析处理得到视觉编码;根据所述听觉编码和视觉编码确定所述应急车辆的类型和状态。该方法通过所述听觉编码、视觉编码,或者结合所述听觉编码和视觉编码,在现存标准规定的应急车辆类型及状态与警示笛声音频率、变调周期、警示灯颜色、警示灯闪烁模式的标准对应关系信息中查找匹配要识别的应急车辆的类型和活跃状态,可实现在多种场景下对应急车辆的精准识别。
