Abstract:
A batch wire cutting apparatus for a stator winding machine comprises an elongated wire cutting plate (1) and a driving device for driving the wire cutting plate (1) to perform longitudinal movement; wherein a plurality of V-shaped slots (10) perpendicular to a length direction of the wire cutting plate (1) and an elongated groove (11) disposed in the length direction of the wire cutting plate (1) are formed on an upper surface of the wire cutting plate (1); rotating shafts (110) corresponding to the V-shaped slots (10) in a one-to-one manner are arranged in the groove (11); cutting knives (111) are fixedly welded to the rotating shafts (110); mounting holes (112) for mounting the rotating shafts (110) are formed in inner walls of the groove (11); the mounting holes (112) are communicated with side surfaces of the wire cutting plate (1); driven wheels (113) are arranged at one ends of the rotating shafts (110); a driving wheel (12) for driving a plurality of driven wheels (113) to rotate and a driving motor (13) for driving the driving wheel (12) are arranged on the wire cutting plate (1). When the wire winding is completed, the driving device drives the wire cutting plate (1) to move upward until copper wires slide into the bottoms of the V-shaped slots (10), then the driving motor (13) operates to drive the rotating shafts (110) to rotate so as to drive the cutting knives (111) to cut the wires, so that the effect of batch wire cutting is good, the cost is reduced, and additional equipment is not required for positioning or fixing the copper wires; therefore, the batch wire cutting apparatus is simple in structure and low in cost.
