Title: SUPERCONDUCTING DIPOLE MAGNET STRUCTURE, TRANSPORT DEVICE, AND MEDICAL APPARATUS
Abstract:
A superconducting dipole magnet structure, comprising a coil casing (5), a dewar (7), and a support device (9). The coil casing (5) is an integrated structure, and provided with opposite superconducting coils (19, 20) therein, such that the two superconducting coils (19, 20) generate a uniform dipole magnetic field after being energized. The support device (9) is fastened to the dewar (7) and supports the coil casing (5) in a point contact manner. The special support and heat insulation structure ensures the magnet coils (19, 20) to be properly cooled and generate a stable, high-strength, and uniform magnetic field in an ion beam transport region, thus enabling a function of changing the orientation of a particle beam in a particle medical apparatus, enhancing the internal magnetic field, and reducing the size and weight of the magnet. In addition, the present invention meets operational requirements of a superconducting magnet, such as cryogenic cooling and quench protection requirements.
