Abstract:
(EN) Methods, systems, and apparatus for a method that predicts an individual survival survival time of a patient. The method includes obtaining clinical data associated with health factors of the patient. The method includes obtaining liquid biopsy data associated with one or more attributes of diseased cells within the patient. The method includes predicting or determining a survival time of the patient using a deep learning model based on the clinical data and the liquid biopsy data. The method includes providing or outputting the survival time.
(FR) L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et un appareil destinés à un procédé qui prédit un temps de survie individuel d'un patient. Le procédé consiste à obtenir des données cliniques associées à des facteurs de santé du patient. Le procédé consiste à obtenir des données de biopsie liquide associées à un ou plusieurs attributs de cellules malades chez un patient. Le procédé consiste à prédire ou à déterminer un temps de survie du patient à l'aide d'un modèle d'apprentissage profond sur la base des données cliniques et des données de biopsie liquide. Le procédé consiste ensuite à fournir ou à délivrer en sortie le temps de survie.
