Abstract:
(EN) A needle access assembly and method for obtaining percutaneous needle access with little or no fluoroscopy is disclosed. The method includes selecting a target for percutaneous access, directing a laser guide at a desired needle-insertion angle and in line with the selected target, aligning the needle access assembly with the laser, and inserting the needle into the target.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble accès d'aiguille et un procédé d'obtention d'accès d'aiguille percutanée avec une fluoroscopie peu importante ou aucune fluoroscopie. Le procédé peut comprendre la sélection d'une cible pour l'accès percutané, l'orientation d'un guide laser à un angle d'insertion d'aiguille souhaité et conforme à la cible sélectionnée, l'alignement de l'ensemble accès d'aiguille sur le laser, et l'insertion de l'aiguille dans la cible.
