Abstract:
(EN) A method comprising supplying a first material containing a removable binder and greater than 50% volume fraction of a powdered metal having a melting point greater than 1200 degrees C, in which more than 50% of powder particles of the powdered metal have a diameter less than 10 microns, additively depositing the first material in successive layers to form a green body, removing the binder to form a brown body, loading the brown part into a fused tube formed from a second material having an operating temperature less than substantially 1200 degrees C, a thermal expansion coefficient lower than lxlO-6/°C, and a microwave field penetration depth of 10 m or higher, sealing the fused tube and replacing internal air with a sintering atmosphere, applying microwave energy from outside the sealed fused tube to the brown part, and sintering the brown part at a temperature lower than 1200 degrees C.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'alimentation en un premier matériau contenant un liant amovible et une fraction volumique supérieur à 50 % d'un métal en poudre ayant un point de fusion supérieur à 1 200 °C, dans lequel plus de 50 % des particules de poudre du métal en poudre ont un diamètre inférieur à 10 microns, le dépôt de manière additive du premier matériau en couches successives pour former un corps cru, l'élimination du liant pour former un corps brun, le chargement de la pièce brune dans un tube fondu formé à partir d'un second matériau ayant une température de fonctionnement inférieure à sensiblement 1 200 °C, un coefficient de dilatation thermique inférieur à lxlO-6/°C, et une profondeur de pénétration de champ de micro-ondes d'au moins 10 m, le scellement du tube fondu et remplacement de l'air interne par une atmosphère de frittage, l'application d'une énergie micro-onde depuis l'extérieur du tube fondu scellé vers la pièce brune, et le frittage de la pièce brune à une température inférieure à 1200 °C.
