Abstract:
(EN) A wireless sensor system for a trailer including: a vehicle; a vehicle sensor, where the vehicle sensor is adapted to plug into the vehicle; a trailer hitch attached to the vehicle; a trailer; a trailer bracket, where the trailer bracket connects to the trailer hitch; a trailer sensor attached to the trailer and said trailer sensor is adapted to receive signals from the vehicle sensor; a power source for the trailer and components including the trailer sensor; and a wireless connection between the vehicle sensor. Preferably the vehicle is a truck and the power source is a solar panel. The vehicle sensor includes a plugin that connects to a trailer light plug of the vehicle. The vehicle sensor syncs any vehicle traffic signaling with trailer traffic signaling via the trailer sensor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de capteur sans fil pour une remorque, comprenant : un véhicule ; un capteur de véhicule, le capteur de véhicule étant conçu pour s'enficher dans le véhicule ; un attelage de remorque fixé au véhicule ; une remorque ; un support de remorque, le support de remorque se raccordant à l'attelage de remorque ; un capteur de remorque fixé à la remorque et ledit capteur de remorque étant conçu pour recevoir des signaux provenant du capteur de véhicule ; une source d'alimentation pour la remorque et des éléments comprenant le capteur de remorque ; et une connexion sans fil entre le capteur de véhicule. De préférence, le véhicule est un camion et la source d'alimentation est un panneau solaire. Le capteur de véhicule comprend un module d'extension qui se connecte à une fiche du feu de remorque du véhicule. Le capteur de véhicule synchronise toute signalisation de trafic du véhicule avec la signalisation de trafic de la remorque par l'intermédiaire du capteur de remorque.
