The present application may provide an optical modulation device having excellent optical and mechanical properties by applying, as a substrate, a polymer film having both optical anisotropy and mechanical anisotropy.

La présente invention permet d’obtenir un dispositif de modulation optique présentant d'excellentes propriétés optiques et mécaniques par application, en tant que substrat, d'un film polymère présentant à la fois une anisotropie optique et une anisotropie mécanique.
