Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to carbon material having, on the base material, a coating layer comprising TaC, and a method for producing the carbon material, the carbon material, which has a coating layer comprising TaC, according to the present invention comprising: base material; and a coating layer, on the surface of the base material, comprising TaC which has the maximum diffraction peak value on the (111) surface, the diffraction peak values being generated by diffractions of X-rays in XRD analysis.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau carboné portant, sur le matériau de base, une couche de revêtement comprenant du TaC, et son procédé de production, où le matériau carboné qui porte une couche de revêtement comprenant du TaC selon la présente invention comprend : un matériau de base ; et une couche de revêtement, sur la surface du matériau de base, comprenant du TaC, qui a une valeur de pic de diffraction maximale sur la surface (111), où les valeurs de pic de diffraction sont générées par des diffractions de rayons X dans une analyse XRD.
(KO) 본 발명은 탄소 모재 상에 TaC를 포함하는 코팅층이 형성된 탄소재료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 TaC를 포함하는 코팅층 을 갖는 탄소 재료는 탄소 모재; 및 상기 탄소 모재 표면 상에 형성되는 XRD 분석의 X선 회절에 의해 발생하는 (111) 면의 회절 피크값이 최대인 TaC를 포함하는 코팅층;을 포함한다.
