Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to silver ink for printing a three dimensional microstructure and a 3D printing method using the same. The present invention provides a method for printing a 3-dimensional silver structure pattern, the method comprising: a step of providing a nozzle with liquid ink including capped silver nanoparticles and exhibiting Newtonian fluid behavior; a step of forming, at a predetermined point on a substrate, a meniscus of the liquid ink with ink extruded from the nozzle; a step of allowing the ink of the nozzle to be extruded by means of the surface tension of the meniscus while moving the nozzle along a path in a direction perpendicular to the substrate, in a direction parallel to the substrate, or according to a combination of said directions; and a step of forming a silver structure pattern corresponding to the movement path of the nozzle by evaporating a solvent from the extruded ink from the side closer to the substrate. The present invention can provide a 3D printing method based on direct ink printing that is suitable for application to 3D printing electronic technology.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une encre d'argent pour l'impression d'une microstructure tridimensionnelle et un procédé d'impression 3D utilisant cette dernière. La présente invention fournit un procédé d'impression d'un motif de structure d'argent tridimensionnel, le procédé comprenant : une étape consistant à fournir à une buse de l'encre liquide comprenant des nanoparticules d'argent coiffées et présentant un comportement de fluide newtonien ; une étape consistant à former, à un point prédéterminé sur un substrat, un ménisque de l'encre liquide avec de l'encre extrudée à partir de la buse ; une étape consistant à permettre à l'encre de la buse d'être extrudée au moyen de la tension de surface du ménisque tout en déplaçant la buse le long d'un trajet dans une direction perpendiculaire au substrat, dans une direction parallèle au substrat, ou selon une combinaison desdites directions ; et une étape consistant à former un motif de structure d'argent correspondant au trajet de déplacement de la buse par évaporation d'un solvant de l'encre extrudée à partir du côté plus proche du substrat. La présente invention peut fournir un procédé d'impression 3D basé sur une impression directe d'encre qui est approprié pour une application à une technologie électronique d'impression 3D.
(KO) 본 발명은 3차원 미세 구조체의 인쇄를 위한 은 잉크 및 이를 이용한 3D 프린팅 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 캡핑된 은 나노 입자를 포함하여 뉴톤 유체 거동을 나타내는 액상 잉크를 노즐에 제공하는 단계; 상기 기판 상의 소정 지점에 상기 노즐로부터 방출된 잉크로 액상 잉크의 메니스커스를 형성하는 단계; 상기 노즐을 상기 기판에 수직한 방향, 평행한 방향 또는 이들 방향의 조합에 따른 경로를 따라 이동시키며, 상기 메니스커스의 표면 장력에 의해 상기 노즐의 잉크가 방출되도록 단계; 및 상기 방출된 잉크 중 기판에 가까운 쪽으로부터 용매가 증발하여 상기 노즐의 이동 경로에 대응하는 은 구조체 패턴을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 은 구조체 패턴의 인쇄 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 3D 인쇄전자기술에 적용하기에 적합한 잉크 직접 인쇄 기반의 3D 프린팅 방법을 제공할 수 있게 된다.
