Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a composition for imaging a tumorous disease region, comprising a fluorescence- or radioactive isotope-labeled ERBB2 aptamer, wherein an ERBB2 aptamer labeled with a radioactive isotope or a phosphorescent dye is used to image a tumorous disease region in vivo.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition pour l'imagerie d'une région malade tumorale, comprenant un aptamère ERBB2 marqué par un isotope fluorescent ou radioactif, un aptamère ERBB2 marqué avec un isotope radioactif ou un colorant phosphorescent étant utilisé pour imager une région malade tumorale in vivo .
(KO) 형광 또는 방사성 동위원소로 표지된 ERBB2 압타머를 포함하는 종양성 질환 부위의 영상화용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 방사성 동위원소 또는 형광염료로 표지된 ERBB2 압타머를 이용하여 생체 내 종양성 질환 부위를 영상화하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
