Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). The purpose of the present disclosure is to control traffic generally in a wireless communication system, and an operating method of a server comprises the steps of: receiving, from a network entity, information on a congested area in a network to which the network entity belongs; updating a network access policy on the basis of the received congested area information; and transmitting the updated network access policy to a terminal, wherein the network entity determines the congested area on the basis of statistical information on the network to which the network entity belongs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de communication de 5e génération (5G) ou de pré-5G permettant de prendre en charge un débit de transmission de données supérieur à celui d’un système de communication de 4e génération (4G), tel qu’un système d’évolution à long terme (LTE). Le but de la présente invention est de commander le trafic d'une manière générale dans un système de communication sans fil, et un procédé de fonctionnement d'un serveur comprend les étapes consistant : à recevoir, en provenance d'une entité de réseau, des informations sur une zone encombrée dans un réseau auquel appartient l'entité de réseau ; à mettre à jour une politique d'accès au réseau sur la base des informations de zone encombrée reçues ; et à transmettre la politique d'accès au réseau mis à jour à un terminal, l'entité de réseau déterminant la zone encombrée sur la base d'informations statistiques sur le réseau auquel appartient l'entité de réseau.
(KO) 본 개시는 LTE(Long Term Evolution)와 같은 4G(4th generation) 통신 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G(5th generation) 또는 pre-5G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다. 본 개시(disclosure)는 일반적으로 무선 통신 시스템에서 트래픽 제어를 위한 것으로, 서버의 동작 방법은, 네트워크 개체(network entity)로부터 상기 네트워크 개체가 속한 네트워크 내의 혼잡(congestion) 지역 정보를 수신하는 과정과, 상기 수신된 혼잡 지역 정보에 기반하여 네트워크 접속 정책을 갱신하는 과정과, 상기 갱신된 네트워크 접속 정책을 단말로 전송하는 과정을 포함한다. 이때, 상기 네트워크 개체는, 상기 네트워크 개체가 속한 네트워크의 통계 정보를 기반으로 상기 혼잡 지역을 결정한다.
