Abstract:
(EN) A fan motor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a motor housing; a rotary shaft; a rotor mounted to the rotary shaft; a stator disposed in the motor housing and surrounding the rotor; an impeller having at least one blade formed on the outer surface of the hub thereof connected to the rotary shaft; and an impeller cover surrounding the impeller along the outer circumference of the impeller and having an air intake port, wherein the impeller cover comprises: a shroud having an inner diameter gradually increasing in the direction of air flow; and a non-metallic coating layer coated on the inner circumferential surface of the shroud and having a lower strength than the blade, and the non-metallic coating layer includes a first region having a first thickness, and a second region having a second thickness smaller than the first thickness, the first and second regions having a level difference therebetween, whereby the leakage flow passing over from the pressure surface to the negative pressure surface of the blade due to pressure difference is minimized, and thus flow passage loss can be reduced and the efficiency of the fan motor can be improved.
(FR) Un moteur de ventilateur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un carter de moteur ; un arbre rotatif ; un rotor monté sur l'arbre rotatif ; un stator disposé dans le carter de moteur et entourant le rotor ; une roue ayant au moins une aube formée sur la surface externe de son moyeu reliée à l'arbre rotatif ; et un couvercle de roue entourant la roue le long de la circonférence externe de la roue et ayant un orifice d'admission d'air, le couvercle de roue comprenant : un épaulement ayant un diamètre interne augmentant progressivement dans la direction d'écoulement d'air ; et une couche de revêtement non métallique revêtue sur la surface circonférentielle interne de l'épaulement et ayant une résistance inférieure à celle de l'aube, et la couche de revêtement non métallique comprend une première région ayant une première épaisseur, et une seconde région ayant une seconde épaisseur inférieure à la première épaisseur, les première et seconde régions ayant une différence de niveau entre celles-ci, ce par quoi le courant de liquide de fuite passant de la surface de pression à la surface de pression négative de l'aube en raison de la différence de pression est réduit au minimum, et ainsi la perte de passage d'écoulement peut être réduite et l'efficacité du moteur de ventilateur peut être améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 팬 모터는 모터 하우징과; 회전축과; 회전축에 장착된 로터와; 모터 하우징 내부에 배치되고 로터를 둘러싸는 스테이터와; 회전축에 연결된 허브의 외면에 적어도 하나의 블레이드가 형성된 임펠러와; 임펠러의 외둘레를 둘러싸고 공기흡입구가 형성된 임펠러 커버를 포함하고, 임펠러 커버는 공기 유동방향으로 내경이 확장되는 쉬라우드와; 쉬라우드의 내둘레면에 코팅되고 블레이드의 강도 보다 낮은 강도를 갖는 비금속 코팅층을 포함하고, 비금속 코팅층은 제1두께를 갖는 제1영역과, 제1두께 보다 얇은 제2두께를 갖고, 제1영역과 단차를 갖는 제2영역을 포함하여, 블레이드의 압력면에서 부압면으로 압력차에 의해 넘어가는 누설유동을 최소화하여 유로 손실을 저감할 수 있고, 팬 모터의 효율이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
