Abstract:
(EN) The present invention comprises: a starting determination portion for determining whether a vehicle has started or not; a sensor power introducing portion for introducing regular power to a DC/DC converter when the starting is turned off, simultaneously converting power supplied from a constant voltage device, and introducing the same to a sensor power supply portion so as to actuate a sensor malfunction sensing portion such that, when a malfunction of a sensor is confirmed, a circuit operation suspending portion activates a lamp and a warning buzzer and simultaneously suspends the operation of the circuit and, when the sensor malfunction sensing portion confirms no malfunction of the sensor, a signal is sent to a timer so as to activate a counter circuit when a primary setting time arrives, the sensor power introducing portion having a counter reset circuit for preventing a malfunction of a counter for sensing a remaining person; a sensor control portion configured such that, when the counter for sensing a remaining person does not detect movements three times or less, a counter standby state is maintained and, when the same detects movements three times of more, an operation continuing circuit is driven, the operation continuing circuit being maintained until a second setting time set by an operation time timer, and the sensing being ended when the second setting time expires; and a warning output portion for directing a signal from the operation continuing circuit to a MCU chip such that a voice notification is amplified by an OCL amplifier and output through a speaker. The above structure has the following unfailing advantageous effects: an infrared beam sensor is used such that, when a beam is blocked and interrupted by a human body, it is possible to confirm that there is a remaining person, and a pre-recorded warming is output to the outside, thereby preventing accidents in advance that may occur when people with mobility impairment, such as infants or feebleminded persons, are left in a closed vehicle for a long time.
(FR) La présente invention comprend : une portion de détermination de démarrage destinée à déterminer si un véhicule a démarré ou non ; une portion d'injection d'énergie de capteur destinée à injecter l'énergie normale à un convertisseur CC/CC lorsque le démarrage est coupé, à convertir simultanément l'énergie fournie par un dispositif à tension constante et à injecter celle-ci dans une portion d'alimentation électrique de capteur de façon à actionner une portion de détection de dysfonctionnement de capteur de telle sorte que, lorsqu'un dysfonctionnement d'un capteur est confirmé, une portion de suspension de fonctionnement de circuit active un témoin lumineux et un avertisseur sonore et suspend simultanément le fonctionnement du circuit et, lorsque la portion de détection de dysfonctionnement de capteur ne confirme aucun dysfonctionnement du capteur, un signal est envoyé à un temporisateur de façon à activer un circuit compteur lorsqu'un temps de réglage primaire arrive, la portion d'injection d'énergie de capteur comportant un circuit de réinitialisation de compteur servant à empêcher un dysfonctionnement d'un compteur pour détecter une personne restante ; une portion de commande de capteur configurée de telle sorte que, lorsque le compteur pour détecter une personne restante ne détecte aucun mouvement trois fois ou moins, un état de veille de compteur est maintenu et, lorsque celui-ci détecte des mouvements trois fois ou plus, un circuit de poursuite de fonctionnement est excité, le circuit de poursuite de fonctionnement étant maintenu jusqu'à un deuxième temps de réglage défini par un temporisateur de temps de fonctionnement, et la détection prenant fin lorsque le deuxième temps de réglage expire ; et une portion de sortie d'avertissement destinée à diriger un signal depuis le circuit de poursuite de fonctionnement vers une puce MCU de telle sorte qu'une notification vocale est amplifiée par un amplificateur OCL et délivrée à travers un haut-parleur. La structure ci-dessus présente les avantages constants suivants : un capteur de faisceau infrarouge est utilisé de telle sorte que, lorsqu'un faisceau est bloqué et interrompu par un corps humain, il est possible de confirmer qu'il existe une personne restante, et un avertissement pré-enregistré est délivré vers l'extérieur, ce qui permet d'éviter à l'avance les accidents qui pourraient se produire lorsque des personnes ayant une mobilité réduite, telles que des nourrissons ou des personnes handicapées, sont laissées dans un véhicule fermé pendant une longue période.
(KO) 차량의 시동을 판단하는 시동 판단부;시동이 오프된 경우 상시 전원이 DC/DC 컨버터로 투입됨과 동시에, 정전압장치로부터 공급받은 전원을 변환하여 센서 전원부;에 투입하여 센서 오작동 감지부가 가동되고, 센서의 오작동이 확인될 경우 회로 동작 중지부에서 램프와 경보 버저가 가동됨과 동시에 회로의 동작이 정지되며, 상기 센서오작동 감지부에서 센서의 오작동이 확인되지않을 경우 타임어로 신호를 보내어 1차 설정시간이 될 경우 카운터회로가 동작을 하게 되며, 잔여 인원 감지 카운터의 오동작을 방지하기 위하여 카운터 리셋 회로가 구비된 센서전원 투입부;상기 잔여 인원 감지 카운터에서 3회 이하 움직임이 없을 경우 카운터 대기상태를 유지하며, 3회 이상 움직임이 발견시에는 동작지속회로를 구동시키며, 동작 지속 회로는 2차 설정시간 된 동작시간타이머까지 유지되도록 하며, 2차 설정된 시간이 종료되면 감지는 종료되는 센서 제어부;상기 동작지속회로에서 나온 신호는 MCU CHIP에 음성 안내를 OCL AMP로 증폭하여 스피커로 알려주는 경보 송출부;로 이루어진다 상기와 같은 구조로 이루어져 있어, 적외선 빔센서를 사용하여 인체가 가려져 빔이 차단 되면 잔여인원이 있는지 확인이 가능하여 외부로 녹음된 경보를 송출하여 영유아나 심신미약자와 같은 거동이 불편한 이들에게 장시간 밀폐된 차량 내 공간에 남아 있게 됨에 따라 발생할 수 있는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 확실한 효과가 있다.
