Title: EXOTHERMIC MAGNETIC SUBSTANCE OF INDUCTION RANGE COOKING CONTAINER
Abstract:
The present invention provides an exothermic magnetic substance (1) of an induction range cooking container (A), and the present invention comprises: a base plate (2) having a magnetic substance coupled to the bottom of a nonmagnetic cooking container (A) such that the lower surface thereof is exposed; and a plurality of elastic support units (3), which are cut while facing each other on the base plate (2) such that the middle parts thereof are bent to be downwardly inclined toward both ends while both end portions thereof are upwardly bent so as to be connected with the base plate (2), and thus during the molding of the cooking container (A) in a mold (B), the elastic support units are elastically supported by simultaneously coming in contact with the lower surface of an upper mold (B1) during the pressing of the upper mold, which (B1) corresponds to a lower mold (B2) having the base plate (2) mounted thereon, thereby reaching the upper surface of the bottom after the molding of the cooking container (A), wherein the elastic support units (3) have, in the middle thereof, tip contact portions (5) sharply formed so as to come into point contact with the lower surface of the upper mold (B1). According to the present invention, a defect rate of an induction range cooking container (A) can be minimized, molding precision of the bottom portion of a cooking container (A) can be improved, and a plurality of effects such as prevention of swelling in the container bottom, durability improvement, and smooth high-frequency induction heating can be expected.
