Title: SYSTEM FOR REDUCING ANALYSIS TIME OF GAS ANALYSIS DEVICE BY USING FLOW BALANCING
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for reducing analysis time of gas analysis device by using flow balancing, the system comprising: a plurality of suction pipes (20'-1, 20'2, 20'-3, 20'-4) capable of sucking gas from a sampling location; an analysis device (10) including a pump (P), a solenoid valve (60) provided on downstream of two or more pipes among the plurality of suction pipes (20'-1, 20'2, 20'-3, 20'-4) such that a gas flow can be switched to the two or more pipes, a gas sensor (70) for sensing a density of a specific gas among gases which are switched and flowed in, an electronic module (12) for monitoring the gas sensor (70), performing a measurement for the gas from the gas sensor (70) and determining an alarm state according to the density, and a control device (13) having an electronic module for managing an LCD screen, an alarm display, a state display lamp, and a keyboard for an alarm monitoring buzzer/dry contact output and a system operation and configuration; a discharge pipe (21) which is connected to the downstream of the switched pipe so as to discharge the analyzed gas; a flow rate adjustment valve which is provided at each of the plurality of suction pipes (20'-1, 20'2, 20'-3, 20'-4) so as to control a flow rate of the flowing gas; and a remote control device (90) for remotely controlling the electronic module (12) at the outside of the electronic module (12), wherein the control device (13) receives the power from the analysis device (10) and the flow rate adjustment valve equally adjusts the flow rates of the gases which are switched to two or more pipes and flowed therein.
