(KO) 2성분 복합 나노섬유 제조용 방사장치 및 이를 이용한 2성분 복합 나노섬유의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The spinning apparatus for producing two-ingredient composite nanofibers, according to the present invention, comprises: (i) a spinning tube (T) which comprises a spinning tube body (Ta) having a cylindrical or conical shape, a polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb) formed, along the length direction of the spinning tube body (Ta), inside the spinning tube body (Ta), and nozzles (Tc) installed in respective positions facing the respective vertex areas of the polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb), along the length direction of the spinning tube body (Ta), from a point at a predetermined distance (h) downwards from the upper surface of the spinning tube body (Ta) to the lower surface of the spinning tube body (Ta), the spinning tube (T) having a structure in which each of the nozzles (Tc) is installed so as to form a pair with and face one vertex area selected from among the vertex areas of the polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb) and in which the vertex areas of the polygonal tubular hollow part (Tb) are in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the spinning tube body (Ta); and (ii) a spinning solution distribution tube (1) which is connected to the spinning tube (T) and has a cylindrical or conical shape having a double tubular structure. The present invention uses an electrostatic force and a centrifugal force at the same time, thus can produce two-ingredient composite nanofibers with high productivity (discharge volume), facilitates solvent volatilization and recovery, effectively prevents a (drop) phenomenon in which a spinning solution drops onto a collector in a solution state, not a fibrous state, and thereby improves the quality of a two-ingredient composite nanofiber web.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de filage permettant de produire des nanofibres composites à deux composants, ledit appareil de filage comprenant : (i) un tube de filage (T) doté d'un corps de tube de filage (Ta) de forme cylindrique ou conique, d'une partie creuse tubulaire et polygonale (Tb) formée, le long de la direction de la longueur du corps de tube de filage (Ta), à l'intérieur du corps de tube de filage (Ta) et de buses (Tc) installées dans des positions respectives faisant face aux zones de sommet respectives de la partie creuse tubulaire et polygonale (Tb), le long de la direction de la longueur du corps de tube de filage (Ta), d'un point situé à une distance prédéfinie (h) vers le bas à partir de la surface supérieure du corps de tube de filage (Ta) jusqu'à la surface inférieure du corps de tube de filage (Ta), le tube de filage (T) ayant une structure dans laquelle chacune des buses (Tc) est installée de façon à former une paire avec et à faire face à une zone de sommet sélectionnée parmi les zones de sommet de la partie creuse tubulaire et polygonale (Tb) et dans laquelle les zones de sommet de la partie creuse tubulaire et polygonale (Tb) sont en contact avec la surface circonférentielle externe du corps de tube de filage (Ta) ; et (ii) un tube de distribution de solution de filage (1) relié au tube de filage (T) et possédant une forme cylindrique ou conique avec une structure tubulaire double. La présente invention utilise simultanément une force électrostatique et une force centrifuge, ce qui permet de produire des nanofibres composites à deux composants avec une productivité élevée (volume de décharge), de faciliter la volatilisation et la récupération des solvants, d'empêcher efficacement un phénomène (chute) dans lequel une solution de filage tombe sur un collecteur dans un état de solution et non dans un état fibreux, permettant ainsi d'améliorer la qualité d'une bande de nanofibres composites à deux composants.
(KO) 본 발명의 2성분 복합 나노섬유 제조용 방사장치는 (i) 원통형 및 원추형 중에서 선택된 하나의 형태를 구비하는 방사튜브 본체(Ta), 상기 방사튜브 본체(Ta)의 내부에 상기 방사튜브 본체(Ta)의 길이방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 다각형 튜브상 중공부(Tb) 및 상기 방사튜브 본체(Ta)의 상부면으로부터 하부방향으로 일정한 거리(h)만큼 떨어진 지점부터 방사튜브 본체(Ta)의 하부면까지 방사튜브 본체(Ta)의 길이방향을 따라 상기 다각형 튜브상 중공부(Tb)의 모서리부분 각각과 마주보는 위치 각각에 설치되어 있는 노즐(Tc)들로 구성되며, 상기 노즐(Tc)들 각각은 상기 다각형 튜브상 중공부(Tb)의 모서리 부분들 중에서 선택된 하나의 모서리 부분과 쌍을 이루며 마주보도록 설치되어 있으며, 상기 다각형 튜브상 중공부(Tb)의 모서리 부분들이 방사튜브 본체(Ta)의 외주면과 맞닿아 있는 구조를 구비하는 방사튜브(T); 및 (ii) 상기 방사튜브(T)와 연결되어 있으며, 2중관 구조의 원통형 및 원추형 중에서 선택된 하나의 형태를 구비하는 방사액 분배튜브(1);를 포함한다. 본 발명은 정전기력과 원심력을 동시에 이용하기 때문에 2성분 복합 나노섬유를 높은 생산성(토출량)으로 제조할 수 있고, 용매 휘발 및 회수가 용이하고, 방사액이 섬유상이 아닌 용액상태로 컬렉터 상에 떨어지는 현상(드롭 현상)도 효과적으로 방지하여 2성분 복합 나노섬유 웹의 품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
