Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a method for producing methionine which includes a crystallization step in which carbon dioxide is introduced into a liquid reaction mixture containing an alkali salt of methionine and obtained by hydrolyzing 5-[2-(methylthio)ethyl]imidazolidine-2,4-dione in the presence of an alkali compound, thereby precipitating the methionine, the method for producing methionine further including a step in which waste methionine is added to the liquid reaction mixture. According to the production method of the present invention, the methionine yield in production thereof can be improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de méthionine qui comprend une étape de cristallisation dans laquelle du dioxyde de carbone est introduit dans un mélange réactionnel liquide contenant un sel alcalin de méthionine et obtenu par hydrolyse de 5-[2-(méthylthio)éthyl] imidazolidine-2,4-dione en présence d'un composé alcalin, précipitant ainsi la méthionine, le procédé de production de méthionine comprenant en outre une étape dans laquelle de la méthionine résiduaire est ajoutée au mélange réactionnel liquide. Selon le procédé de production de la présente invention, le rendement de production de méthionine dans ledit procédé peut être amélioré.
(JA) 本願発明は、アルカリ化合物の存在下に、5-[2-(メチルチオ)エチル]イミダゾリジン-2,4-ジオンを加水分解して得られるメチオニンのアルカリ塩を含む反応液に二酸化炭素を導入することによりメチオニンを析出させる晶析工程を含むメチオニンの製造方法であって、排メチオニンを前記反応液に加える工程を含むメチオニンの製造方法である。本願発明の製造方法により、メチオニンの製造における歩留まりを向上させることができる。
