Abstract:
(EN) This angular ball bearing retainer sandwiches a raceway surface (2a) with respect to an inner diameter surface of an outer ring (2), and has a retainer guide surface (2b) on one side in the axial direction and a counter bore (5) on the other side. A retainer (4) is a cylindrical shape having, in the middle in the axial direction, a plurality of pockets (6) for retaining rolling bodies (3). A weight increasing part (7) is provided extending further outward in the axial direction than a surface section to be guided (4a) which is to be guided by the guide surface (2b) of the outer ring (2) in the outer circumferential surface of the retainer (4). The outer circumferential surface of this weight increasing unit (7) constitutes a relief surface (7a) further separated from the inner diameter surface of the outer ring (2) than the surface section to be guided (4a).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de retenue de roulement à bille angulaire prenant en sandwich une surface de chemin de roulement (2a) par rapport à une surface de diamètre interne d'une bague externe (2), et qui a une surface de guidage de retenue (2b) sur un côté dans la direction axiale et un contre-alésage (5) sur l'autre côté. Un élément de retenue (4) est une forme cylindrique ayant, au milieu dans la direction axiale, une pluralité de poches (6) pour retenir des corps roulants (3). Une partie d'augmentation de poids (7) qui s'étend plus loin vers l'extérieur dans la direction axiale qu'une section de surface à guider (4a) qui doit être guidée par la surface de guidage (2b) de la bague extérieure (2) dans la surface périphérique extérieure du support (4). La surface circonférentielle extérieure de cette unité d'augmentation de poids (7) constitue une surface en relief (7a) plus éloignée de la surface du diamètre intérieur de la bague extérieure (2) que la section de surface à guider (4a).
(JA) アンギュラ玉軸受保持器は、外輪(2)の内径面における軌道面(2a)を挟んで軸方向の一方側に保持器案内面(2b)を有し、他方側にカウンタボア(5)を有する。保持器(4)は、転動体(3)を保持する複数のポケット(6)を幅方向の中間に有する円筒状である。保持器(4)の外周面における外輪(2)の案内面(2b)で案内される被案内面部(4a)よりも軸方向の外側に延出する重量増大部(7)を有する。この重量増大部(7)の外周面は、被案内面部(4a)よりも外輪(2)の内径面から離間した逃がし面(7a)を構成する。
