Abstract:
(EN) This imaging flow cytometer is provided with: at least one flow passage through which an object to be observed passes; a light source for irradiating the flow passage with band-like excitation light ; an image capturing unit for capturing an image of a cross section of the object to be observed by imaging fluorescence from the object to be observed which has passed through the position irradiated with the excitation light; and a three-dimensional image generation unit for generating a three-dimensional image of the object to be observed, on the basis of a plurality of captured images for the cross section captured by the image capturing unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un cytomètre de flux d’imagerie qui est pourvu de : au moins un passage d’écoulement à travers lequel un objet à observer passe ; une source de lumière pour irradier le passage d’écoulement avec une lumière d’excitation de type bande ; une unité de capture d’image pour capturer une image d’une section transversale de l’objet à observer par imagerie de fluorescence de l’objet à observer qui a traversé la position irradiée avec la lumière d’excitation ; et une unité de génération d’image tridimensionnelle pour générer une image tridimensionnelle de l’objet à observer, sur la base d’une pluralité d’images capturées pour la section transversale capturée par l’unité de capture d’image.
(JA) イメージングフローサイトメーターは、観測対象物が流される少なくとも1つの流路と、流路に対して帯状の励起光を照射する光源と、励起光が照射される位置を通過した観測対象物からの蛍光を撮像することにより、観測対象物のある断面を撮像する撮像部と、撮像部が撮像した断面が撮像された複数の撮像画像に基づいて、観測対象物の3次元の画像を生成する3次元画像生成部とを備える。
