Abstract:
(EN) This carrier glass is a carrier glass for transporting an organic resin substrate, and is characterized in that: the carrier glass has a flat-sheet shape with a thickness of from 0.1 to 1.2 mm; the iron content in the glass is from 45 to 130 ppm by mass in terms of Fe2O3; and the transmittance in the thickness direction at a wavelength of 308 nm is from 71 to 81%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un verre de support qui est un verre de support pour transporter un substrat de résine organique. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que : le verre de support a une forme de feuille plate ayant une épaisseur de 0,1 à 1,2 mm ; la teneur en fer dans le verre est de 45 à 130 ppm en masse en termes de Fe2O3 ; et la transmittance dans le sens de l'épaisseur à une longueur d'onde de 308 nm est de 71 à 81 %.
(JA) 本発明のキャリアガラスは、有機樹脂基板を搬送するためのキャリアガラスであって、板厚0.1~1.2mmの平板形状であり、ガラス中の鉄含有量が、Fe換算で45~130質量ppmであり、且つ波長308nmにおける板厚方向の透過率が71~81%であることを特徴とする。
