Abstract:
(EN) According to one embodiment of the present invention, the metal compound nanoparticles are characterized in that, when metal compound particles having an average particle diameter of 50 nm or less are analyzed by spectroscopic ellipsometry and the obtained results are fitted to Lorentz model, the resonance frequency peak ωt of a vibrator is 2.8 eV or less. It is preferred that the ωt satisfies the requirement: 0.5≤ωt(eV)≤2. It is also preferred that the average particle diameter is 15 nm or less.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, les nanoparticules de composé métallique sont caractérisées en ce que, lorsque des particules de composé métallique ayant un diamètre moyen de particule de 50 nm ou moins sont analysées par ellipsométrie spectroscopique et que les résultats obtenus sont ajustés sur le modèle de Lorentz, le pic de fréquence de résonance ωt d'un vibreur est de 2,8 eV ou moins. Il est préférable que le ωt satisfasse l'exigence : 0,5≤ωt(eV)≤2. Il est également préférable que le diamètre moyen des particules soit inférieur ou égal à 15 nm.
(JA) 実施形態によれば、ナノ金属化合物粒子は、平均粒径50nm以下の金属化合物の粒子を分光エリプソメトリー法で分析した結果をLorentzモデルにフィッティングしたとき、振動子の共鳴周波数のピークωtが2.8eV以下である。また、0.5≦ω(eV)≦2であることが好ましい。また、平均粒径が15nm以下であることが好ましい。
