Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrically conductive composition having excellent adhesion to a substrate and electrical conductivity. Provided, among others, is an electrically conductive composition containing a copper powder, cuprous oxide, a lead-free glass frit and a carboxylic acid-based additive, wherein: the cuprous oxide is contained at a quantity of 5.5-25 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the copper powder; the lead-free glass frit contains a zinc borosilicate-based glass frit and a vanadium-zinc-based glass frit; the zinc borosilicate-based glass frit contains boron oxide, silicon oxide, zinc oxide and other arbitrary components, and the top three oxide components in terms of content are boron oxide, silicon oxide and zinc oxide; the vanadium-zinc-based glass frit contains vanadium oxide, zinc oxide and other arbitrary components, and the top two oxide components in terms of content are vanadium oxide and zinc oxide; and the carboxylic acid-based additive is contained at a quantity of 0.1-5.0 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the copper powder.
