Title: POWER CONVERSION SYSTEM
Abstract:
Provided is a power conversion system capable of reducing output waveform distortion when performing power conversion between direct current and three-phase alternating current. The power conversion system (1) is provided with a converter circuit (4) and a control circuit (6). The control circuit (6) controls high-potential side switches (Q5, Q7, Q9) of respective U-phase circuit (41), V-phase circuit (42), and W-phase circuit (43) by PWM signals. The control circuit (6) alternately switches a first modulation method and a second modulation method on a per PWM signal half-carrier basis. In the first modulation method, the control circuit (6) determines the duty ratio of the PWM signal of a phase to be a first value, said phase having the maximum phase voltage among the U-phase, the V-phase, and the W-phase. In the second modulation method, the control circuit (6) determines the duty ratio of the PWM signal of a phase to be a second value, said phase having the minimum phase voltage among the U-phase, the V-phase, and the W-phase.
