Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to simplify the manufacture of an image capture element in which light entering a pixel without passing through a color filter disposed in the pixel is attenuated. The image capture element is provided with a pixel and an input light attenuation portion. The pixel includes a color filter which is transmissive to a predetermined wavelength of light from a subject, and a photoelectric conversion portion which generates a charge corresponding to light that has passed through the color filter. The input light attenuation portion is disposed between the subject and the color filter and attenuates light that enters the photoelectric conversion portion without passing through the color filter disposed in the pixel.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de simplifier la fabrication d'un élément de capture d'image dans lequel la lumière entrant dans un pixel sans traverser un filtre couleur disposé dans le pixel est atténuée. L'élément de capture d'image est pourvu d'un pixel et d'une partie d'atténuation de lumière d'entrée. Le pixel comprend un filtre couleur qui est transmissif à une longueur d'onde prédéterminée de la lumière provenant d'un sujet, et une partie de conversion photoélectrique qui génère une charge correspondant à la lumière qui a traversé le filtre couleur. La partie d'atténuation de lumière d'entrée est disposée entre le sujet et le filtre couleur et atténue la lumière qui entre dans la partie de conversion photoélectrique sans traverser le filtre couleur disposé dans le pixel.
