Abstract:
(EN) The present art relates to an imaging device and electronic equipment that allow a focal position to be adjusted with high accuracy. The present art is provided with: a lens for condensing subject light; an imaging element for photoelectrically converting the subject light from the lens; a circuit substrate including a circuit for outputting a signal from the imaging element to the outside; an actuator for driving the lens by a pulse width modulation (PWM) waveform; and a detection unit for detecting a magnetic field generated by a coil included in the actuator. The detection unit detects an induced electromotive force generated by the magnetic field. The detection unit also detects the position of the lens on the basis of the induced electromotive force. The present art is applicable to an imaging device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie et un équipement électronique qui permettent d'ajuster une position focale avec une grande précision. La présente invention comprend : une lentille pour condenser la lumière d'un sujet; un élément d'imagerie pour convertir de manière photoélectrique la lumière de sujet provenant de la lentille; un substrat de circuit comprenant un circuit pour délivrer un signal de l'élément d'imagerie à l'extérieur; un actionneur pour commander la lentille par une forme d'onde de modulation de largeur d'impulsion (MLI); et une unité de détection pour détecter un champ magnétique généré par une bobine incluse dans l'actionneur. L'unité de détection détecte une force électromotrice induite générée par le champ magnétique. L'unité de détection détecte également la position de la lentille sur la base de la force électromotrice induite. Le présent art est applicable à un dispositif d'imagerie.
(JA) 本技術は、焦点位置を高精度で調整することができるようにする撮像装置、電子機器に関する。 被写体光を集光するレンズと、レンズからの被写体光を光電変換する撮像素子と、撮像素子からの信号を外部に出力する回路を含む回路基体と、PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)波形でレンズを駆動するアクチュエータと、アクチュエータに含まれるコイルにより発生する磁界を検出する検出部とを備える。検出部は、磁界により発生する誘導起電力を検出する。また検出部は、レンズの位置を誘導起電力から検出する。本技術は、撮像装置に適用できる。
