Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a method for producing silver nanoparticles having good physical properties, whereby it becomes possible to reduce the discharge amount of an amine having a very irritating odor. [Solution] A method for producing silver nanoparticles, comprising reacting a silver compound (a) having thermal degradability with an amine compound (b) capable of forming a complex with the component (a) to form a complex and then thermally degrading the complex by heating to form the silver nanoparticles, said method being characterized in that the component (b) is an amino alcohol having 6 or less carbon atoms and also having one primary or secondary amino group and one hydroxyl group. Silver nanoparticles having an average particle diameter of 350 nm or less and a coefficient of variation of 40 to 80%, wherein an amino alcohol having 6 or less carbon atoms and also having one primary or secondary amino group and one hydroxyl group is bonded to the surface of each of the silver particles.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de production de nanoparticules d'argent ayant de bonnes propriétés physiques, moyennant quoi il devient possible de réduire la quantité de décharge d'une amine ayant une odeur très irritante. La solution selon l'invention concerne un procédé de production de nanoparticules d'argent, comprenant la mise en réaction d'un composé d'argent (a) ayant une dégradabilité thermique avec un composé amine (b) capable de former un complexe avec le composant (a) pour former un complexe puis la dégradation thermique du complexe par chauffage pour former les nanoparticules d'argent, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le composant (b) est un alcool aminé ayant 6 atomes de carbone ou moins et ayant également un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et un groupe hydroxyle. L'invention permet d'obtenir des nanoparticules d'argent ayant un diamètre moyen de particule de 350 nm ou moins et un coefficient de variation de 40 à 80 %, un alcool aminé ayant 6 atomes de carbone ou moins et ayant également un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et un groupe hydroxyle étant lié à la surface de chacune des particules d'argent.
(JA) 【課題】 刺激臭の強いアミンの排出量が抑えられた方法で、良好な物性の銀ナノ粒子を得る方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 熱分解性を有する銀化合物(a)と、(a)と錯体形成しうるアミン化合物(b)とを反応させて錯体を形成し、得られた錯体を加熱して熱分解させることにより、銀ナノ粒子を形成する銀ナノ粒子の製造方法であって、(b)が、1級アミノ基もしくは2級アミノ基と水酸基を1つずつ持つ炭素数6以下のアミノアルコールであることを特徴とする銀ナノ粒子の製造方法。 平均粒径350nm以下で、変動係数40~80%であり、銀粒子表面に、1級アミノ基もしくは2級アミノ基と水酸基を1つずつ持つ炭素数6以下のアミノアルコールが結合した銀ナノ粒子。
