Abstract:
(EN) Provided are the following: a chemical conversion liquid which can produce a chemically converted base material having a high capacitance, which is suitable as an electrode material for an aluminum electrolytic capacitor; and a method for chemically converting an aluminum-containing base material using this chemical conversion liquid. The chemical conversion liquid contains: (A) boric acid; (B) ammonium borate; (C) at least one type of compound selected from the group consisting of 1,3-butane diol, 1,4-butane diol and 2-methyl-2,4-pentane diol; and water. An aluminum-containing base material is chemically converted through anodization using this chemical conversion liquid, and a chemically converted base material having an aluminum film formed on the surface thereof is thereby obtained.
(FR) L'invention concerne les éléments suivants : un liquide de conversion chimique qui peut produire un matériau de base chimiquement converti ayant une capacitance élevée, qui convient comme matériau d'électrode pour un condensateur électrolytique en aluminium ; et un procédé de conversion chimique d'un matériau de base contenant de l'aluminium à l'aide de ce liquide de conversion chimique. Le liquide de conversion chimique contient : (A) de l'acide borique ; (B) du borate d'ammonium ; (C) au moins un type de composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par le 1,3-butanediol, le 1,4-butanediol et le 2-méthyl-2,4-pentanediol ; et de l'eau. Un matériau de base contenant de l'aluminium est chimiquement converti par anodisation à l'aide de ce liquide de conversion chimique, et un matériau de base chimiquement converti ayant un film d'aluminium formé sur sa surface est ainsi obtenu.
