Title: CURRENT SENSOR
Abstract:
This current sensor detects a current flowing through a current path. The current sensor is provided with: a current path (40); a magnetic detection unit (10) having a magnetic detection element (12) that is disposed oppositely to a part of the current path, and that detects a magnetic field generated from the current path due to flow of a current through the current path, so as to covert the magnetic field into an electrical signal; and a pair of first magnetic shield (31) and second magnetic shield (32) that are for suppressing a magnetic disturbance field to the magnetic detection unit and that are oppositely arranged with a part of the current path and the magnetic detection unit held therebetween. The current sensor is provided with a plurality of sensor elements in each of which the second magnetic shield, the current path, the magnetic detection unit, and the first magnetic shield are laminated in said order. The sensor elements are arranged adjacently to each other in a direction orthogonal to the lamination direction. The current path is provided with an opposing part (41) to which the magnetic detection unit is opposed, and a first bent part (42) that bends from the opposing part not to the first magnetic shield side but to the second magnetic shield side.
