Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a bias tire capable of improving durability. This bias tire comprises: a pair of bead cores; a bead filler disposed on the outside of each of the pair of bead cores in the tire radial direction; a carcass layer spanning the region between the pair of bead cores and encapsulating the bead cores and the bead filler, the ends of the carcass layer being turned up and locked in place. In the poloidal cross section, in any position in the range of 0.9-1.6 times the height of the flange of a rim into which the bias tire is fitted, the curvature of the innermost cords of the carcass layer, in terms of the widthwise direction of the tire, protrudes widthwise outward. In the poloidal cross section, in any position in the range of 1.1-1.6 times the height of the flange, the curvature of the outermost cords of the carcass layer, in terms of the widthwise direction of the tire, protrudes widthwise outward.
(FR) L'invention concerne un pneu à carcasse diagonale qui permet d'améliorer la durabilité. Ce pneu de sollicitation comprend : une paire de noyaux de talon ; un remplissage de talon disposé sur l'extérieur de chacune de la paire de tringles de talon dans la direction radiale du pneu ; une couche de carcasse recouvrant la région entre la paire de noyaux de talon et encapsulant les noyaux de talon et le remplissage de talon, les extrémités de la couche de carcasse étant retournées et verrouillées en place. Dans la section transversale poloïdale, quelle que soit la position dans la plage de 0,9 à 1,6 fois la hauteur de la bride d'une jante dans laquelle le pneu de sollicitation est ajusté, la courbure des câbles les plus à l'intérieur de la couche de carcasse, en termes de direction dans le sens de la largeur du pneu, fait saillie dans le sens de la largeur vers l'extérieur. Dans la section transversale poloïdale, quelle que soit la position dans la plage de 1,1 à 1,6 fois la hauteur de la bride, la courbure des câbles les plus extérieurs de la couche de carcasse, en termes de direction dans le sens de la largeur du pneu, fait saillie dans le sens de la largeur vers l'extérieur.
