Abstract:
(EN) Provided is technology that makes it possible to achieve excellent NOx occlusion performance. This exhaust gas purification catalyst 1 is provided with a base material 10 and a catalyst layer 20 supported by the base material 10. The catalyst layer 20 has: a first supported catalyst 21 which includes a first heat-resistant carrier 210 and rhodium 211 carried on the first heat-resistant carrier 210; a second supported catalyst 22 which has a spinel structure and includes a second heat-resistant carrier 220, including an inorganic oxide containing alumina and magnesia, and platinum 221 carried on the second heat-resistant carrier 220; a third supported catalyst 25 which includes a third heat-resistant carrier 250, platinum 251a carried on the third heat-resistant carrier 250, and a precious metal 251b other than platinum; and nitrogen oxide occlusion materials 24 and 26, wherein the ratio of the mass of the platinum included in the second supported catalyst 22 with respect to the total mass of platinum included in the catalyst layer 20 falls within the range of 15-35 mass%.

Ce catalyseur de purification de gaz d'échappement (1) est pourvu d'un matériau de base (10) et d'une couche de catalyseur (20) supportée par le matériau de base (10). La couche de catalyseur (20) comporte : un premier catalyseur supporté (21) qui comprend un premier support résistant à la chaleur (210) et du rhodium (211) porté sur le premier support résistant à la chaleur (210); un second catalyseur supporté (22) qui a une structure de spinelle et comprend un second support résistant à la chaleur (220), comportant un oxyde inorganique contenant de l'alumine et de la magnésie, et du platine (221) porté sur le second support résistant à la chaleur (220); un troisième catalyseur supporté (25) qui comprend un troisième support résistant à la chaleur (250), du platine (251a) porté sur le troisième support résistant à la chaleur (250), et un métal précieux (251b) autre que le platine; et des matériaux d'occlusion d'oxyde d'azote (24 et 26), le rapport de la masse du platine inclus dans le second catalyseur supporté (22) par rapport à la masse totale de platine inclus dans la couche de catalyseur (20) se situant dans la plage de 15-35 % en masse.
