Abstract:
(EN) A positive electrode active material contains a lithium composite oxide containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, N, and S. The crystal structure of the lithium composite oxide belongs to the space group C2/m. In the XRD pattern of the lithium composite oxide, the integrated intensity ratio I(003)/I(104) of the (003) plane peak to the (104) plane peak satisfies 0.05 ≤ I(003)/I(104) ≤ 0.90.
(FR) Un matériau actif d'électrode positive contient un oxyde composite de lithium contenant au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par F, Cl, N, et S. La structure cristalline de l'oxyde composite de lithium appartient au groupe spatial C2/m. Dans le motif de diffraction par rayons X de l'oxyde composite de lithium, le rapport d'intensité intégré I(003)/I(104) du pic de plan (003) au pic de plan (104) satisfait à 0,05 ≤ I(003)/I(104) ≤ 0,90.
(JA) 正極活物質は、F、Cl、N、及びSからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含有するリチウム複合酸化物を含む。リチウム複合酸化物の結晶構造は空間群C2/mに属する。リチウム複合酸化物のXRDパターンにおける、(104)面のピークに対する(003)面のピークの積分強度比I(003)/I(104)が、0.05≦I(003)/I(104)≦0.90、を満たす。
